For all who are suffering in the heat, this photo is from Dec 2006. We were still in MO and that is Hawk and Cody (crossed the Bridge 5/07) playing in the snow. Scooter is watching them. It's supposed to hit 100 today, yuk. I gave all the horses a cool shower last night. Sandy and Sonny have to be held while they get their shower. All the rest, even the "wild thing" Star love being hosed down when it so hot. Of course then they roll in the dirt but at least it helps them for a while. Also, have been soaking the beet pulp in the house so it won't sour in the heat. Summer is a pain sometimes.
